How an order moves from spec to shipment

  1. Send your spec or a sample. Leather, cuff length, lining, standard, quantity and target price are enough. We reply with a quote within two working days.
  2. Sampling in 7 to 10 days. Pre-production samples are made on the bulk line, not in a sample room, and shipped for your approval.
  3. Approval and deposit. You sign off the sample and the packing spec; production starts against a 30 percent deposit or letter of credit.
  4. Bulk production in 30 to 45 days. Inline inspection at cutting and sewing, needle detection, final AQL 2.5 inspection with a photo report.
  5. Shipping. FOB Karachi by sea or air, or door delivery through our forwarders. Documents prepared for your broker.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

What is your minimum order quantity for welding gloves?

300 pairs per style and colour for welding and working gloves, 100 pieces for welding jackets and aprons, and 100 to 200 pairs for sleeves and spats. Smaller trial orders are possible on stock leather and colours.

Are your welding gloves CE certified?

We manufacture to EN 12477, EN 388 and EN 407 and arrange testing at accredited laboratories for CE marked programmes. Test reports and the technical file are supplied with the order so you can place the CE mark under your brand.

Can you make welding apparel to EN ISO 11611?

Yes. Leather welding jackets, aprons, sleeves and leg covers are made to EN ISO 11611 Class 1 or Class 2, with Kevlar stitching, bound edges and non-melting closures.

How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Samples ship in 7 to 10 days. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, leather and decoration.

Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
