These elderberry gummies are good, but I haven’t noticed any major difference in my immunity or energy levels. They taste great, and my kids enjoy taking them, but I was hoping for a more noticeable boost. I’m going to keep taking them for a while longer to see if the benefits show over time, but for now, I’m not completely convinced
