Cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing happen in one building in Sialkot. Keeping every step in-house is what lets us hold the dates we quote and put our name behind every EN test report.

Industrial sewing machines stitching leather welding gloves at Tritex, Sialkot

From hide to carton

  1. Leather selection. Goatskin, deerskin, grain and split cowhide are bought from Sialkot and Kasur tanneries against thickness and tensile specifications. Every lot is checked for thickness, substance and colour before it is accepted.
  2. Cutting. Clicker presses with steel dies for gloves; hand cutting for jackets, aprons and long leggings. Pieces are numbered by lot so a pair always comes from matching leather.
  3. Sewing. Separate lines for welding gloves, welding apparel and working gloves. Welding products are sewn with Kevlar thread; gloves are welted so the thread sits away from the heat.
  4. Finishing. Linings, cuffs, elastic, snaps and hook and loop are fitted, then every piece is turned, pressed and trimmed.
  5. Inspection. Inline checks at cutting and sewing, needle detection, and a final random inspection to AQL 2.5 with a written report and photographs.
  6. Branding and packing. Embossing, printing or embroidery, hang tags, poly bags, pair bands and cartons marked to your packing list.
