Tritex Global Apparel is a welding gloves manufacturer and exporter in Sialkot, Pakistan. We cut and sew TIG, MIG and stick welding gloves from goatskin, deerskin, grain cowhide and split cowhide, with Kevlar thread, welted seams and the linings each job needs. Every glove is made in our own factory, inspected on the line and again at final AQL 2.5 inspection before shipping.

Choose the glove by welding process

• TIG welding gloves: thin goatskin or deerskin for torch feel and filler rod control, short or 12 inch cuffs.
• MIG welding gloves: heavier split or grain cowhide, 13 to 14 inch cuffs, fleece or cotton lining, reinforced palm.
• Stick welding gloves: 16 to 18 inch gauntlets in 1.3 mm split cowhide, fully lined and welted for arc spatter and radiant heat.

Standards and testing

We manufacture to EN 12477 (Type A for heavy welding, Type B for TIG), EN 388 mechanical and EN 407 heat test levels, and arrange testing at accredited laboratories for CE marked programmes. Test reports and technical files are supplied with the order.

Bulk and private label orders

Minimum order is 300 pairs per style and colour. We offer OEM and private label production with your logo embossed or printed on the cuff, custom hang tags, poly bags and carton marks. Sampling takes 7 to 10 days and bulk delivery 30 to 45 days after approval. Send your spec or sample for a quote.
