Few glove factories make welding clothing properly. Tritex runs a dedicated line for welding apparel, cutting cow split leather and flame resistant cotton on the same patterns year after year so that a reorder fits like the first order. We manufacture leather welding jackets, bib and split leg aprons, arm sleeves, spats, leggings and chaps, and hybrid FR cotton garments with leather sleeves.

Built to EN ISO 11611

Welding clothing is covered by EN ISO 11611 (Class 1 for lighter welding, Class 2 for heavy welding and overhead work). We manufacture to both classes and arrange testing for CE marked programmes. All garments are Kevlar stitched with bound edges and snap closures that will not melt.

Order details

Minimum order is 100 pieces per style for jackets and aprons and 200 pairs for sleeves and spats. Sizes S to 4XL, custom lengths and colours, logo embroidery and private label packaging. Sampling 10 days, bulk 30 to 45 days.
